Due to her Dad's job, Mclean has moved four times and attended four schools in the last two years. She has learned to like it. After the messy and public divorce of her parents, Mclean is happy to put her past far behind her and create a new persona each time she moves. In the new town of Lakeview, Mclean was not able to create a new personality for herself due to some unforeseen events. She decides play it straight. This leads to new friends, especially her new neighbor, Dave. He has a genuine personality that Mclean finds appealing. Dave starts to fall in love with the "real" Mclean; however, her dad might have to move again and her mom is going to court for custody. Mclean needs to find out what she wants and who she is before it's too late.
