Mickey has had to deal with a lot this past year. He witnessed his father's death, his mother's downward spiral into hard drugs, switched high schools and moved in with an uncle he dislikes. Things start to look up after he makes a couple of friends and even gets a sweet girlfriend, Ashley. But just as Mickey starts to feel good about his life, Ashley disappears. As he and his friends search for clues to her disappearance, they come in contact with some nefarious characters that make him realize he did not know the real Ashley. Her disappearance might also be connected to his father. Has Mickey stumbled onto a conspiracy? Will he find Ashley before it is too late?
