The library got a new book today. On the cover was a little girl standing under a toadstool. It was shiny and new and all the kids wanted to check-it out. The book was very happy to be so wanted by kids. After a year, the new book wasn't so new and it got checked out less and less. Many years passed and the book became lonely. Until one day, a little girl finds it and falls in love. The girl reads it over and over. The book was happy again. But what will happen after her dad returns the book by accident and the library misplaces it? Will the little girl see her favorite book again? Or will the book be alone forever?
