Tristan Strong's life is slowly unraveling. It all began when his best friend died weeks earlier. Tristan has failed to live up to his family's boxing legacy. There doesn't seem to be anything that Tristan is good at. His parents send him to work the family farm. They hope Tristan can heal from his lost match and friend's death. But, Tristan doesn't want to deal with his best friend's death or the journal his friend left behind. No one else seems to notice the journal glows. When a sticky creature attempts to steal the journal, Tristan tries to take it back the only way he knows how...with his fists. A slight miscalculation and Tristan punches a tree causing a tear in our dimension. Now, Tristan must find a way to close it before the creatures of MidPass take over our world.
