The second World War has ended, many soldiers have returned home from the war. Many still remain overseas perhaps lost in combat. Glory Bea hopes that what they say about her father is wrong. Glory is hoping for a miracle. But, miracles aren't easy to come by and sometimes you have to make one yourself. Luckily, Glory comes from miracle workers. Well, actually, her grandmother is a matchmaker with over 38 happy matches. When Glory's friend asks for help to match up with the perfect boy, Glory hopes that this match could be the one made in heaven to earn her a miracle. Soon enough, she hears rumors of a train from France visiting her town. Could this bring her father? Or, is it something entirely different?
