Earth has been evacuated. A collective government has wiped the memories of everyone on board the ship in hopes of not repeating the mistakes. 

Petra awakens hundreds of years in the future. She and a group of children are separated from their parents. Petra is the last person in this new colony that remembers the Earth that was.
