There was a murder/suicide 15 years ago at the Bellweather Hotel. Minnie was the only witness and she has returned to face her fears. Her arrival coincides with the annual Arts Festival for high school students. On this weekend, the Bellweather is filled with quirky characters, young and old, talented and not so talented.
