On Earth, twins, Max and Min, have just invented a singularity chip, a source of unlimited power. Meanwhile, in space, word has arrived at the Feline Empire of a potential source for many lives. No longer will cats dread losing any of their nine lives. With this new source, they can maybe even get 20 lives! The Feline Empire must get to the battery before the Robot Federation get their oily mitts on it. Max and Min must use their wits to prevent war from spilling onto Earth.
